+++ UPDATE: Der Workshop ist ausgebucht +++
(in english below)
Du weisst was das bedeutet? Sehr gut!
Du hast keine Ahnung was das bedeutet? Sehr gut!

Mago is sharing his skills with the community and brings up the first IoT workshop at our maker space (yeah!) The workshop is for absolute beginners. You will learn to build a working IoT device based on ESP8266 from scratch.
You know what that means? Great! Join the workshop and improve your skills.
You got no idea what that means? Great! Join the workshop and learn how it works.
The application will be a moisture sensor (to measure humidity of soil) and an indoor temperature sensor. The devices will connect to a »server« based on Node-Red and save the results of measuring to a database. You can use it to keep your plants alive (in case you forget to give them water) — for example.
In the workshop you will learn:
- The history and theory of IoT
- The Basics of schematic design
- Programming for ESP8266
You can keep the components you used after the workshop – this is, why we charge €15 for in the workshop. The participation is limited to 10 people – and the language will be in English.
Please bring your own laptop and a micro-usb cable, to connect it to the device.
About Magomed Arsaev:
Mago (as he calls himself) dropped into Edelstall last year. He has been working as a developer. In the last weeks we could see him using the maker- and coworking space, tinker with electrical components and a laptop. Mago is also part of the new developer platform honey lab , a platform for developing new ideas, projects, and startups. We are exited to see, what he has been working on.
